阐述了校企合作的前提与基础，合作的出发点是满足企业的需求，合作的目标是实现技能型人才培养。指出政府、行业协会、企业和学校各自承担角色与定位，政府在校企合作中要发挥引导统筹作用，不要具体干预校企合作项目建设。行业协会在校企合作中主要组织协调作用。学校和企业是校企合作的主体。最后分析了高职院校各种合作模式的共赢点和合作措施。

This paper expounds the basis of college-enterprise cooperation and points out that such coopera-tion works to meet the demands of enterprises and train skilled students,and the government,industrial associations,enterprises and colleges must play their roles properly in the project,that is,the government must be guides,the industrial associations must be coordinators,and colleges and enterprises must be ac-tors.Finally the win-win strategies for the cooperation are analyzed.
