介绍了在保持两种电机的槽型结构和电磁参数一致的前提下,通过有限元仿真分析了两种通风结构对高压电机性能的影响,对电机效率、温升等状况作了对比分析。混合通风适用于大风量、大风压场合,多用在大型风机中;径向通风的风量分布较均匀,损耗较小,应用更广泛。根据实际情况,通过对电机通风散热分析,选择合适的通风方式以提高能效。

Under the condition of slots shape and electromagnetic parameters of two different motors being consistent,the finite element simulation was used to analyze the influences of two different ventilation structure on the performance of high voltage motors. And the data of efficiency and temperature rise was showed and compared. Mixing ventilation is suitable for the occasion of big air volume, big air pressure, usually used in big fan; while in radial ventilation, the airflow distribution is more homogeneous, loss is smaller, and application is more extensive. According to the actual situation, through the analysis of motor ventilation cooling, it is true that choosing the right means of ventilation in order to improve energy efficiency.
