本研究以我国目前普遍进行的药品集中招标采购的模式为背景，总结国内外药品集中采购经验及国际药品价格信息监测方法，基于医疗保险购买者角度，提出适合我国的药品价格信息的口径、标准及其收集的规范流程。

Based on current patterns of centralized tendering for drug purchase in China, this study summarized the international and domestic experiences on centralized tendering for drug purchase, and the methods of international drug price information monitoring. From the insurance purchaser’s point of views, then, we put forward a reasonable recommendation for price information monitoring method in the domain of drug price, criteria and standard collecting procedures.
