强化研磨加工可改善轴承零件表面残余应力状态,介绍了新型强化研磨机的结构和工作原理,利用有限元分析软件建立强化研磨加工的碰撞分析模型,并对深沟球轴承套圈进行了强化研磨试验,结果表明,该方法可以使轴承零件加工表面产生残余压应力,提高工件服役可靠性。
彊化研磨加工可改善軸承零件錶麵殘餘應力狀態,介紹瞭新型彊化研磨機的結構和工作原理,利用有限元分析軟件建立彊化研磨加工的踫撞分析模型,併對深溝毬軸承套圈進行瞭彊化研磨試驗,結果錶明,該方法可以使軸承零件加工錶麵產生殘餘壓應力,提高工件服役可靠性。

The strengthening and polishing process can improve the surface residual stress state of bearing parts,and the construction and working principle of new type strengthening and polishing machine are introduced.The impact model of strengthening and polishing process is established by using the finite element analysis software.The experi-mental study of strengthening and polishing is carried out for bearing rings.The results show that the residual compres-sive stress of finished surface of bearing parts is produced by using the method,and the service reliability of workpiece is improved.
