与传统消费业态相比，新型消费业态具有消费方式的多样性、消费结构的调整等多种特质。文章通过对安徽省新型消费业态现状调研、梳理和总结，分析了安徽省新型消费业态发展局限性原因，提出改善安徽省新型消费业态发展相关建议，为促进“十二五”时期安徽省经济跨越式发展提供参考。

Compared with traditional consumption modes,new consumption forms have such traits as diversity and adjusted structure.Based on survey this paper makes a review and summary of current new consumption forms in Anhui province,and analy-zes the causes of their development limitation.Finally suggestions to improve the development of the new consumption modes are put forward,so as to provide some reference to promote the economy of Anhui province in its “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”period.
