对139.7 mm×7.72 mm N80钢级实体膨胀管实物膨胀过程进行了试验研究。基于实体膨胀管实物评价试验平台,设计了试验方案和检测方法,对比分析了实体膨胀管膨胀前、后几何参数变化。结果表明:实体膨胀管经膨胀变形后其外径椭圆度变大,均匀性显著变差,壁厚均匀性变化受膨胀变形的影响并不显著。

Experimental study have been conducted for solid expandable tubular of 139.7 mm× 7.72 mm N80 on a full-scale test-rig.Based on an expansion evaluation device designed by TGRC, the test scheme and inspection method have been designed.A comparative analysis of the change of geometric parameters of solid expandable tubular before and after expansion have been conduc-ted.The results showed that the ovality was significantly increased after expansion,but the eccen-tricity did not change obviously.
