随着10000 m 超深测井绞车的研制成功,传统闭式液压系统已不能满足其超低速作业要求。进行了10000 m 测井绞车液压系统的设计及计算,通过增加超低速控制模式,改造液压马达外置冲洗回路,可满足超低速作业要求。通过试验及现场作业,取得了良好的社会及经济效益。
隨著10000 m 超深測井絞車的研製成功,傳統閉式液壓繫統已不能滿足其超低速作業要求。進行瞭10000 m 測井絞車液壓繫統的設計及計算,通過增加超低速控製模式,改造液壓馬達外置遲洗迴路,可滿足超低速作業要求。通過試驗及現場作業,取得瞭良好的社會及經濟效益。
수착10000 m 초심측정교차적연제성공,전통폐식액압계통이불능만족기초저속작업요구。진행료10000 m 측정교차액압계통적설계급계산,통과증가초저속공제모식,개조액압마체외치충세회로,가만족초저속작업요구。통과시험급현장작업,취득료량호적사회급경제효익。
With the successful development of 10 000 m deep well logging winch,the traditional closed hydraulic system cannot meet the ultra-low speed working condition any more.Based on the design and numerical calculation for the 10 000 m logging winch hydraulic system,the ultra-low speed control mode was added,transforming external flushing circuit to the hydraulic motor and via experiment and field operation,the new control mode can satisfy the ultra-low speed re-quirements and leads to great social and economic benefits.
