目的：探讨 Oncology 后处理技术在低剂量 CT 扫描泌尿系结石中的价值。方法对30例可疑泌尿系结石的患者进行CT 扫描,使用 Oncology 后处理技术进行结石成分及容积测量,将测量结果与临床术后取出结石资料对比。结果扫描发现结石共45个,Oncology 测量结石体积约为66.176 mL,临床测量结石体积约为64.958 mL,结果无显著性统计学差异。CT 值>450 HU的结石32个,<450 HU 的结石13个,CT 值成分分类与临床所得结果基本一致。结论使用 Oncology 后处理技术可以清晰地显示结石大小、形态和位置,为临床医师提供更完整的影像学资料。
목적：탐토 Oncology 후처리기술재저제량 CT 소묘비뇨계결석중적개치。방법대30례가의비뇨계결석적환자진행CT 소묘,사용 Oncology 후처리기술진행결석성분급용적측량,장측량결과여림상술후취출결석자료대비。결과소묘발현결석공45개,Oncology 측량결석체적약위66.176 mL,림상측량결석체적약위64.958 mL,결과무현저성통계학차이。CT 치>450 HU적결석32개,<450 HU 적결석13개,CT 치성분분류여림상소득결과기본일치。결론사용 Oncology 후처리기술가이청석지현시결석대소、형태화위치,위림상의사제공경완정적영상학자료。
Objective To investigate the value of Oncology post-processing technology in the spiral CT of urinary calculi.Methods Thirty suspected patients with urinary calculi were scanned by CT.We used Oncology post-processing technology to measure the composition and volume of the urinary calculi and compared the measuring results with the clinical data.Results Forty-five urinary calculi were found.The result of Oncology was 66.1 76 mL while the clinical was 64.958 mL for volume measurement.The results were not significantly different.Thirty-two urinary calculi’s CT values were greater than 450 HU.Thirteen urinary calculi’s CT values were less than 450 HU.CT values for ingredients classified were consistented with the clinical findings.Conclusion The loca-tion,size and morphology of urinary calculi could be clearly displayed by Oncology post-processing technology.It could provide more complete imaging information for clinicians.
