目的:探讨儿童脊柱嗜酸性肉芽肿(VEG)MRI 诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理或组织活检病理证实的19例儿童 VEG MRI 表现。结果19例病例中共26个椎体及6个附件受累,其中发生在颈椎3例,胸椎10例,腰椎5例,颈胸椎体多发1例。MRI 表现为椎体骨质破坏,T1 WI 呈低信号,T2 WI 高信号,STIR 为高信号;病变椎体形态改变,其中变扁呈楔形10例,线样5例,盘状3例;15例椎旁形成软组织肿块,10例呈套袖状,5例呈条带状,相应的硬膜囊受压11例;椎体附件受累6例;15例相邻椎间盘增厚且信号正常,2例椎间隙稍变窄。结论 VEG MRI 表现有一定特征性,MRI 可清楚地显示病变范围、结构及邻近组织改变,有助于提高本病的诊断和鉴别诊断能力。
目的:探討兒童脊柱嗜痠性肉芽腫(VEG)MRI 診斷價值。方法迴顧性分析經手術病理或組織活檢病理證實的19例兒童 VEG MRI 錶現。結果19例病例中共26箇椎體及6箇附件受纍,其中髮生在頸椎3例,胸椎10例,腰椎5例,頸胸椎體多髮1例。MRI 錶現為椎體骨質破壞,T1 WI 呈低信號,T2 WI 高信號,STIR 為高信號;病變椎體形態改變,其中變扁呈楔形10例,線樣5例,盤狀3例;15例椎徬形成軟組織腫塊,10例呈套袖狀,5例呈條帶狀,相應的硬膜囊受壓11例;椎體附件受纍6例;15例相鄰椎間盤增厚且信號正常,2例椎間隙稍變窄。結論 VEG MRI 錶現有一定特徵性,MRI 可清楚地顯示病變範圍、結構及鄰近組織改變,有助于提高本病的診斷和鑒彆診斷能力。
목적:탐토인동척주기산성육아종(VEG)MRI 진단개치。방법회고성분석경수술병리혹조직활검병리증실적19례인동 VEG MRI 표현。결과19례병례중공26개추체급6개부건수루,기중발생재경추3례,흉추10례,요추5례,경흉추체다발1례。MRI 표현위추체골질파배,T1 WI 정저신호,T2 WI 고신호,STIR 위고신호;병변추체형태개변,기중변편정설형10례,선양5례,반상3례;15례추방형성연조직종괴,10례정투수상,5례정조대상,상응적경막낭수압11례;추체부건수루6례;15례상린추간반증후차신호정상,2례추간극초변착。결론 VEG MRI 표현유일정특정성,MRI 가청초지현시병변범위、결구급린근조직개변,유조우제고본병적진단화감별진단능력。
Objective To explore the value of MRI on vertebral eosinophilic granuloma (VEG)of children.Methods The MRI manifestations of 1 9 cases in the children with vertebral eosinophilic granuloma verified by operation or biopsy pathology were ana-lyzed retrospectively.Results 26 vertebral body and 6 appendix were involvement among 1 9 cases of Vertebral eosinophilic granulo-ma (VEG),cervical vertebrae were found in 3 cases,thoracic vertebrae in 10 cases,lumbar vertebrae in 5 cases,cervical and thoracic vertebral multiple in 1 case .MRI showed bony destruction of vertebral body,with low signal on T1 WI,high signal on T2 WI,high signal in STIR;vertebral body lesion show shape change,flattened wedgeshaped in 10 cases,adenoid in 5 cases,discoid in 3 cases;soft tissue swelling in 1 5 cases and the coronal ,and sagittal plane of sleeve shaped in 10 cases,5 cases were banded,1 1 cases of dural sac compression corresponding;6 cases of vertebral appendages were involved,1 5 cases of adjacent intervertebral disc thickening and the T2 signal is normal,slightly narrowed intervertebral space in 2 cases.Conclusion MRI findings of vertebral eosinophilic granuloma has its own imaging manifestation characteristic,MRI can clearly display the change extent of the lesion,structure and adjacent tis-sue,help to improve the ability of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease.
