以六水合硝酸锌、六水合硝酸钕和氨水为原料,采用直接沉淀法制备了纯净的氧化锌、掺杂钕的Nd/ZnO光催化剂,分别以甲基橙、亚甲基蓝、苯酚为光催化反应的模型化合物,考察了ZnO、Nd/ZnO光催化剂的紫外光催化活性。结果表明,当Nd在ZnO中掺杂质量百分数为0.5%时,三种模型化合物光催化降解率最大(甲基橙光催化降解率为85.9%,苯酚光催化降解率为27.8%,亚甲基蓝光催化降解率为71.2%);在相同条件下,三种模型化合物光催化降解率大小顺序为:甲基橙﹥亚甲基蓝﹥苯酚。
以六水閤硝痠鋅、六水閤硝痠釹和氨水為原料,採用直接沉澱法製備瞭純淨的氧化鋅、摻雜釹的Nd/ZnO光催化劑,分彆以甲基橙、亞甲基藍、苯酚為光催化反應的模型化閤物,攷察瞭ZnO、Nd/ZnO光催化劑的紫外光催化活性。結果錶明,噹Nd在ZnO中摻雜質量百分數為0.5%時,三種模型化閤物光催化降解率最大(甲基橙光催化降解率為85.9%,苯酚光催化降解率為27.8%,亞甲基藍光催化降解率為71.2%);在相同條件下,三種模型化閤物光催化降解率大小順序為:甲基橙﹥亞甲基藍﹥苯酚。

Using Zn(NO3)2·6H2O,Nd(NO3)3·6H2O and NH3·H2O as raw materials,Pure ZnO and Nd/ZnO were synthesized by the method of direct PreciPitation. Using methyl orange,methylene blue and Phenol as the model comPound of Photocatalytic reation resPectively,Photocatalytic activities of UV light of ZnO and Nd/ZnO were investigated. The results show that when the mass Percentage of Nd-doPed in Nd/ZnO is 0 . 5%,Photocatalytic degradation rates of three models of comPound are maximum which Pho-tocatalytic degradation rate of methyl orange is 85 . 9%,Photocatalytic degradation rate of Phenol is 27. 8%,and Photocatalytic degradation rate of methylene blue is 71. 2%;Under the same conditions,the size order of Photocatalytic degradation rates of three kinds of model comPound which is methyl orange ﹥methylene blue ﹥Phenol.
