为研究壳聚糖对尿路感染主要病原菌的抑制效果,采用纸片扩散法测定壳聚糖对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌活性,固体平板培养基稀释法确定最小抑菌浓度,比浊法测定细菌的生长曲线并计算壳聚糖对细菌生长的抑制率。结果表明,壳聚糖对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌均具有抑制作用,且抑制作用与其浓度呈正比,最小抑菌浓度为0.05%,抑制效果依次为:金黄色葡萄球菌≥肺炎克雷伯菌﹥大肠杆菌≥铜绿假单胞菌,还能延长4种菌生长的调整期,并使它们在对数期出现之前就已基本停滞生长。

To investigate the medicinal roles of chitosan on urinary tract infection( UTI ),determined the suPPressive activity of the Polysaccharides on the four main Pathogens,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus au-reus,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,from UTI,in vitro,with disk suscePtibility tes-ting,as well as the minimum inhibitory concentration with dilution sPread Plate method,and turbidimetry were contributed to PreParing growth curves and growth inhibition curves. Results showed that chitosan suPPressed growth of the four dedicated Pathogens in a Positive dose-dePendent manner,and that the mini-mum inhibitory concentration was confirmed to be 0 . 05%,the inhibiting effect on the four bacteria was decreased in turn,S. aureus,K. pneumoniae,E. coli and P. aeruginosa. Chitosan dominantly imPact oc-curred in the lag Phase of the four bacteria. The Polysaccharides can Prolong the lag Phase of bacterial growth evidently,which basically made the growth of bacteria has been stagnant before the logarithmic Phase.
