采用预乳化半连续种子乳液聚合法,以失水山梨醇单油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸二钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚( OP-10)为复配乳化剂,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸为共聚单体,制备了颜料用丙烯酸酯乳液。采用黏度计、光泽度仪、离心机、红外光谱、透射电镜、粒径测试等对聚合物结构和性能等进行了分析与表征。结果表明,乳液固含量为46%、光泽度为80.2,乳液各项稳定性较好;乳液聚合程度较高,乳液平均粒径DH 为128 nm,分子量分布指数( PDI)仅为0.083,粒径分布较窄;TEM图谱显示聚合物具有规整的球形结构,且粒径分布相对均一,粒径绝大多数在60~95 nm,且与PCS图谱结果保持一致。

채용예유화반련속충자유액취합법,이실수산리순단유산지취양을희미광기호박산이납、지방순취양을희미광기호박산지이납、완기분취양을희미( OP-10)위복배유화제,이갑기병희산갑지、병희산정지화병희산위공취단체,제비료안료용병희산지유액。채용점도계、광택도의、리심궤、홍외광보、투사전경、립경측시등대취합물결구화성능등진행료분석여표정。결과표명,유액고함량위46%、광택도위80.2,유액각항은정성교호;유액취합정도교고,유액평균립경DH 위128 nm,분자량분포지수( PDI)부위0.083,립경분포교착;TEM도보현시취합물구유규정적구형결구,차립경분포상대균일,립경절대다수재60~95 nm,차여PCS도보결과보지일치。
The acrylic resin of high brightness and high gloss were PrePared from methyl methacrylate ( MMA),butyl acrylate( BA)and acrylic acid( AA)by the method of Pre-emulsification and semi-con-tinuous seed emulsion Polymerization,according to disodium Polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate sulfos-uccinate,disodium alkyl Polyoxyethylene sulfosuccinate and Phenol Polyoxyethylene ether( OP-10 )were used as the comPlex emulsifiers. The structure and ProPerties of Polymers were characterized by viscosime-ter,gloss meter,centrifuge,FTIR,TEM and Particle testing. The results showed that the emulsion with high solid content( 46%) and good stability was synthesized;the exPerimental Products achieved the market Performance of similar Products which brightness is 80 . 2 . The average Particle size and distribu-tion were measured by PCS and the hydrodynamic diameters were 128 nm,and the PolydisPersity index ( PDI)was 0. 083. The morPhology of latex Particles were examined by TEM,and the images showed that the Particles were sPhere-shaPed with the diameter at 60~95 nm,whose size was in good agreement with the measurement results from PCS.
