[目的]对杭州市拱墅区实施现代结核病控制策略（DOTS）11年的成本效益进行分析。[方法]根据《全国结核病防治规划（2001-2010年）》终期评估实施方案，对拱墅区2002-2012年结核病防治工作中投入的经费、患者的发现和治疗情况，以及产生的社会和经济效益进行分析。[结果]通过实施DOTS策略，拱墅区11年间共发现活动性肺结核患者3467例，避免感染人数10963人，避免新发患者1096人，减少社会医疗费用74．6652万元，挽回的社会总价值89605．6969万元。投入的社会总成本789．0700万元，效益成本比113．65。[结论]2002-2012年拱墅区的结核病防治工作取得了较好的社会和经济效益。

To make cost-effectiveness analysis on the eleven years of implementation of DOTS for tuberculosis prevention and cure in Gongshu District of Hangzhou City . [ Methods] Ac-cording to the End Stage Assessment Plan for National Tuberculosis Control Project(2001-2010) , the tuber-culosis(TB) control program of Gongshu District from 2002 to 2012 in relation to funding, detection and treatment of TB patients, as well as social and economic benefits resulting from that were analyzed . [ Results] Through the implementation of DOTS in Gongshu District , 3 467 patients were found with ac-tive tuberculosis , 10 963 kept away from being infected and 1 096 from becoming new patients , thus reducing medical costs 746 652 yuan and retrieving total social value of 896 056 969 yuan .The total social cost was 7 890 700 yuan and the effectiveness-cost-ratio was 113.65. [ Conclusion] The prevention and control of TB in Gongshu District from 2002 to 2012 has achieved good social benefits and economic effec-tiveness .
