The intestinal preparation%Electronic colonoscopy%curative effect analysis
目的:观察不同方法用于电子结肠镜肠道准备的效果。方法:180例随机分为A、B、C组各60例;A组口服聚乙二醇电解质散,B组口服甘露醇,C组口服聚乙二醇电解质散、番泻叶,观察并详细记录各组肠道准备效果,肠道气泡率,不良反应发生情况。结果:肠道清洁程度有效率C组93.33%、A组73.33%、B组53.33%,3组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05, P<0.01);去气泡满意率C组95.00%,A组81.67%、B组60.00%,3组间比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05, P<0.01);C组不良反应明显少于A组、B组,3组间比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05, P<0.01)。结论:采用番泻叶联合聚乙二醇电解质散能在电子结肠镜检查中有良好的肠道准备效果,气泡率发生较少,不良反应少,可提高电子结肠镜检查的成功率。

목적:관찰불동방법용우전자결장경장도준비적효과。방법:180례수궤분위A、B、C조각60례;A조구복취을이순전해질산,B조구복감로순,C조구복취을이순전해질산、번사협,관찰병상세기록각조장도준비효과,장도기포솔,불량반응발생정황。결과:장도청길정도유효솔C조93.33%、A조73.33%、B조53.33%,3조간비교유통계학차이(P<0.05, P<0.01);거기포만의솔C조95.00%,A조81.67%、B조60.00%,3조간비교구유통계학차이(P<0.05, P<0.01);C조불량반응명현소우A조、B조,3조간비교구유통계학차이(P<0.05, P<0.01)。결론:채용번사협연합취을이순전해질산능재전자결장경검사중유량호적장도준비효과,기포솔발생교소,불량반응소,가제고전자결장경검사적성공솔。
Objective:to study different methods of bowel preparation in the curative effect of the electronic colonoscopy in order to improve the success rate of electronic colonoscopy.Methods:in July 2012 - October 2013 to line 180 cases of patients checked with electronic colonoscopy in DianJiangXian people’s hospital,randomLy divided into A,B,C three groups,each group of 60 patients;Intestinal preparation: group A oral polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder;group B orally mannitol;Group C oral polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder,senna;To observe the effect and detailed records for intestinal preparation group,intestinal bubbles rate,adverse reactions occurred.Results:in group C degree of intestinal cleaning effectiveness is 93.33%,higher than that of group A 73.33%and group B 53.33% ,statistically different;In group C the satisfaction rate of getting rid of bubbles is 95.00%,higher than that of group A’s 81.67% and group B’s 60.00%,statistically different;Adverse reactions of group C was obviously less than group A and group B,with statistical differences.Conclusion:senna with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder used in electronic colonoscopy may gain good effect for intestinal preparation,bubble rate occurred less,and less adverse reaction,and improve the success rate of the electronic colonoscopy ,which can be promoted in clinical application.
