目的：观察中药加二甲双胍配合穴位埋线治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床效果，以及对实验室指标、自主排卵率、妊娠率的影响。方法：60例随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例，对照组口服中药加二甲双胍，治疗组口服中药加二甲双胍配合穴位埋线，两组疗程均为3个月。结果：治疗后临床总有效率治疗组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗前后中医证候总积分、单项证候积分比较均有显著意义（P＜0.01），月经周期改善治疗组明显优于对照组（P＜0.01）。两组治疗前后LH/FSH值、2h-Ins/FIns倍数比较均有显著性差异（P＜0.01），治疗组胰岛素倍数降低程度明显优于对照组（P＜0.01）。两组治疗后自主排卵率、妊娠率治疗组均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：中药加二甲双胍配合穴位埋线治疗多囊卵巢综合征有显著疗效，尤其是能增加自主排卵率，从而提高妊娠率。
목적：관찰중약가이갑쌍고배합혈위매선치료다낭란소종합정림상효과，이급대실험실지표、자주배란솔、임신솔적영향。방법：60례수궤분위대조조화치료조각30례，대조조구복중약가이갑쌍고，치료조구복중약가이갑쌍고배합혈위매선，량조료정균위3개월。결과：치료후림상총유효솔치료조고우대조조（P＜0.05）。량조치료전후중의증후총적분、단항증후적분비교균유현저의의（P＜0.01），월경주기개선치료조명현우우대조조（P＜0.01）。량조치료전후LH/FSH치、2h-Ins/FIns배수비교균유현저성차이（P＜0.01），치료조이도소배수강저정도명현우우대조조（P＜0.01）。량조치료후자주배란솔、임신솔치료조균고우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：중약가이갑쌍고배합혈위매선치료다낭란소종합정유현저료효，우기시능증가자주배란솔，종이제고임신솔。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Traditional Chinese medicine plus metformin combined with Acupoint Catgut Embeddin on the clinical symptoms,laboratory indicators,Independent ovulation rate,Pregnancy rate of Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:60 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomLy divided into control group,treatment group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine plus metformin;The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine plus metformin combined with Acupoint Catgut Embedding.Two groups were treated for 3 months.Results:Comparison of clinical efficacy after treatment in the two groups, the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05);The two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome total score,the individual symptom scores were significant(P<0.01);Especially in the improvement of menstrual cycle degree,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01);Significant differences in LH/FSH values,the two groups before and after treatment were compared with 2h-Ins/FIns ratio(P<0.01),and the treatment group in reducing insulin ratio was superior to the control group (P<0.01);After the treatment in the two groups of independent ovulation rate,pregnancy,the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine plus metformin combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy is effective in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Whether in the improvement of clinical symptoms and reduce the LH/FSH value,2h-Ins/FIns ratio were significantly improved efficacy.Especially can increase the autonomy of patients can significantly improve the ovulation rate,pregnancy,is worthy of clinical use.
