利用离散元方法对颗粒土碾压试验进行了仿真数值模拟分析。针对静力碾压,展示了与现场碾压试验一致的数值模拟结果,分析了碾压遍数和孔隙率的关系。进一步通过数值模拟研究了在碾压遍数相同的情况下,碾压速度、颗粒土层厚度等因素对碾压效果的影响。结果表明:采用的数值模拟方法可以作为现场碾压试验的补充,用于研究压实机理、分析碾压效果、了解各种因素的影响;仿真模拟能得到与现场试验相一致的碾压遍数与孔隙率之间的关系;颗粒土的压实效果,不仅与碾压遍数有关,而且受碾压速度的影响,较慢的碾压速度可以获得较好的压实效果;在颗粒土料层较厚的情况下,厚度方向碾压接触力分布并不均匀,上层土料会较早达到预定密实度,在实际碾压施工中,若土料层较厚,要多碾压1~2遍,才能确保下层土料也能达到预定密实度。

Through the discrete element method,grained soil compaction tests were carried out numerical simulation analysis. According to the static rolling,it demonstrated consistent with the field test results of numerical simulation and analyzed the relationship between the rolling times and porosi-ty. It studied the influence of rolling speed and the particles of soil thickness under the same conditions of rolling times to the rolling effect through further numerical simulation. The results show that the numerical simulation method can be used as a field compaction test supplements compaction mechanism for research,analysis rolling effect,to understand the impact of various factors;simulation can be consistent with the field test rolled sev-eral times relationship between porosity;compaction of soil particles,not only with rolling times,but also to the affected rolling speed,slow rolling speed can get better compaction;granular soil material in the case of a thicker layer,the thickness direction of the rolling contact force is not evenly distributed,the upper soil material will be earlier reached a predetermined density,rolling in the actual construction,if the soil material layer is thic-ker,it should be compacted 1 -2 times more. Thus it can ensure the subsoil compaction material reaching to the predetermined degree.
