针对中小流域洪水资料不足、模拟困难等问题,提出了基于等流时矩阵的洪水模拟方法。考虑地形条件等因素,建立了以等流时线法原理为基础的洪水过程比值矩阵,推导出适用于中小流域的洪水过程模拟方法。在新江流域的应用中,采用数字高程模型(DEM)为辅助,确定等流时块的划分,取得较好的模拟结果。与传统的以单位线为基础的洪水预报方法相比,该方法以下垫面的物理特征为基础,考虑了中小流域水文资料不足等问题,其预报精度较高。

Due to the shortage of the measured data and so on,the method based on isochronous matrix had been proposed to improve the situation of flood simulation in the small-and middle-scale catchments. By considering the characteristics of terrain surface and other factors,the ratio matrix could be established based on the principle of isochronal method,and could be very suitable for small-and middle-scale flood simulation. In the ap-plication of the Xinjiang catchment,the digital elevation model(DEM)had been used to determine the concerned matrix. Compared with the tradi-tional forecasting methods such as the UH and so on,the method proposed in this paper had considered the physical characteristics of the surface and resolve the problem of data shortage,also provided a scientific decision basis for hydrological forecasting in the un-gauged area.
