水下生产系统已经成为深水开发中的重要模式。海管终端 PLET 是水下生产系统的常见设施，为油气田水下回接提供接口。番禺35-1/35-2气田中的海管终端 PLET 采用了新型嵌入式的解决方案，用于194～338 m 水深，首次在国内实现了嵌入式安装。阐述了番禺35-1/35-2水下设施项目中海管终端 PLET 的设计方案、建造要求及控制措施等，为我国南海深水油气田开发积累了宝贵经验。

Subsea production system has become the important development mode in deep water development.Pipeline End Termination (PLET)is common facilities in subsea production system and is used to provide subsea tieback interface.An embedded type PLET has been adopted in Pan-yu 35-1/35-2 Gas field with the depth of 194 to 338 m.It has realized the embedded online instal-lation for domestic under water engineering for the first time.Design plan and fabrication require-ments of PLET in Panyu 35-1/35-2 subsea facilities project has been given in this paper.Technical experiences have been made for the future development of deep water oil and gas field in the south China sea.
