随着油田开发向致密砂岩等埋藏较深油藏发展，油层的压力和温度逐渐提高，要求工艺配套的封隔器等井下工具必须具有耐高温、高压的性能。常规的试验装置只能完成常温环境下的井下工具模拟试验，已不能满足科研试验与工具检验的需要。针对以上问题，开展了高温高压封隔器的试验装置研究，研制出一套封隔器高温高压试验装置，解决了封隔器等井下工具高温、高压模拟试验难题。为高温高压封隔器在油田深层开发中的应用提供了可靠的试验基础，有着广阔的应用前景。

With the development of the oil field and other buried deep in tight sandstone reservoir development,reservoir pressure and temperature gradually increased,requiring supporting oil pro-duction downhole tools such as packers must have high temperature,high pressure performance. Current conventional test equipment can only be done at room temp erature downhole tool simulation <br> environment,cannot meet the needs of research and testing and testing tools.To solve the above problems,the test device research conducted HPHT packer,packer developed a set of high tem-perature and pressure test equipment,a good solution to the packer downhole tools such as high-temperature,high-pressure simulation test problems.This provides a reliable basis for the high temperature and pressure test packer deep in oilfield development,and has broad application pros-pects.
