本研究以6份苜蓿种子为试验材料,在实验室内用不同梯度NaCl、NaHCO3混合液模拟盐碱胁迫,测定其发芽率和发芽势等指标。结果表明:随着混合盐碱胁迫浓度增加,参试的6个品种苜蓿种子发芽率和发芽势等指标均下降,但下降程度有所不同,根据发芽势和发芽势等指标分析,耐盐碱能力由强到弱依次为美国343>敖汉>龙牧803>中苜2号>公农1号>龙牧801。

본연구이6빈목숙충자위시험재료,재실험실내용불동제도NaCl、NaHCO3혼합액모의염감협박,측정기발아솔화발아세등지표。결과표명:수착혼합염감협박농도증가,삼시적6개품충목숙충자발아솔화발아세등지표균하강,단하강정도유소불동,근거발아세화발아세등지표분석,내염감능력유강도약의차위미국343>오한>룡목803>중목2호>공농1호>룡목801。
Selecting six kinds of alfalfa seeds as experimental material, different concentra-tion gradient of sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate were mixed to simulate the saline-alkali stress, meanwhile detected the germination rate and germination energy as indicators. The results showed that as the concentration of complex saline-alkali increases, the germination rate and ger-mination energy of all the tested alfalfa seeds were reduced in varying degrees. According the in-dicators analysis on germination rate and germination energy, saline-alkali tolerance ability from strong to weak were US No.343, Aohan, Longmu No.803, Zhongmu No.2, Gongnong No.1 and Longmu No. 801.
