目的:探讨情景模拟诊疗模式在牙体牙髓专业临床实习前教学中的应用效果。方法:将学生分为情景模拟教学组和传统教学组,比较两组学生的理论考试成绩、病例综合分析能力、临床技能考核成绩,并对教学效果进行问卷调查。结果:两组学生理论考试成绩差异无统计学意义;但是情景模拟教学操作考试成绩和病例分析成绩显著高于传统教学组。问卷调查显示学生对情景模拟教学满意度更高。结论:情景模拟教学用于牙体牙髓专业临床实习前的实验教学有助于培养学生的临床思维能力,提高学生与患者沟通能力,可作为一种重要的辅助教学手段。

Objective:To investigate the teaching effectiveness the scenario treatment model and the traditional teaching model were used in the endodontics field prior to the clinical practice. Method:Students were divided into scenario treatment group and the traditional teaching group,the theory examinations, comprehensive analysis of cases,clinical skills assessments,and teaching questionnaire were compared between these two groups. Result:Although the theory examinations assessment showed no significant difference,the scores of operating test and clinical skills showed significant difference be-tween the scenario treatment group and the traditional teaching group. What's more,the survey showed that a higher degree of satisfaction was found in the scenario treatment group. Conclusion:Scenario simulation teaching in the endodontics field will practice students 'clinical thinking and help to improve the ability to communicate with patients. Scenario treatment teaching can serve as an important adjunct teaching method.
