目的:探讨SCF/c-Kit信号蛋白在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)损害组织中的表达特点及发挥的作用。方法:利用免疫组织化学方法检测30例OLP损害组织(白纹型OLP 15例,充血糜烂型OLP 15例)和10例正常口腔黏膜组织中SCF、c-Kit蛋白的表达水平,并对上述蛋白的表达与OLP患者性别、临床分型及是否伴有异常增生进行相关性分析。结果:SCF与c-Kit蛋白在OLP损害组织和正常口腔黏膜组织均有表达。与正常口腔黏膜组比较,SCF/c-Kit蛋白在OLP上皮层中表达降低,而在OLP损害组织固有层中表达升高,且两者之间的差异有统计学意义。OLP患者男性组与女性组之间、充血糜烂型OLP与白纹型OLP之间,以及病理表现无异常增生和伴有轻度异常增生组之间SCF/c-Kit蛋白的表达水平均差异无统计学意义。结论:SCF/c-Kit蛋白在OLP发病机制中可能发挥重要作用,为进一步理解OLP发病机制及治疗OLP提供了新思路。

Objective:To approach the expression and its significance of stem cell factor(SCF) and its ligand,c-Kit, in oral lichen planus (OLP). Method:The expression of SCF and c-Kit in 30 OLP tissues and 10 normal mucosa tissuses was detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlation analysis was performed among the expression with patients'age,clin-ical type and the severity of pathological lesion. Result:OLP and normal mucosa tissuses both expressed SCF and c-kit. Compared with the normal,the expression of SCF and c-Kit was lower in the lamina propria,but higher in the epithelium(P<0.05). However,there was no correlation among the expression of SCF and c-Kit with the patients' age,clinical classifica-tion and the severity of pathological lesion (P >0.05). Conclusion:SCF and c-Kit may play an important effect on the de-velopment of OLP and this signal transduction pathway maybe a new target to treat OLP.
