目的：观察烧伤患者出院后通过定期回访进行护理干预对其在抗瘢痕治疗自我管控行为能力方面的影响。方法将烧伤后出院患者120例随机分为对照组与干预组，每组各60例，对照组给予出院指导及常规回访，干预组进行一对一专项护理干预，强化其自我管控能力及监督其管控效果，以调查问卷的形式获取完整客观的实验数据，加以对照分析。结果干预组第3个月和第6个月调查问卷及格率明显高于对照组（ P﹤0.01）；干预组在知识掌握程度评价、自我管理能力评价及遵医嘱行为评分中占“优”者明显多于对照组（均P﹤0.01）。结论烧伤患者出院后通过定期的护理干预强化培训可提高患者自我管控能力，将有效改善烧伤后期抗瘢痕治疗的效果。

Objective To observe the effects of the regular nursing intervention to burn patients after leaving the hospital. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into the control group and intervention group,60 cases in each group. The control group received routine discharge instructions and a return visit. The intervention group got 1-on-1 specific nursing interventions,and their self-control ability was strengthened and the control effect was overseen. Complete and objective experimental data were expressed in the form of a questionnaire according to the comparison analysis. Results Compared with the control group( all P﹤0 . 01 ),the pass rate of the special care intervention group was better in the third and sixth month and the number of the patients who got the best in the knowledge of mastery,self-management capacity assessment and compliance behavior was also predominant obviously. Conclusion The nursing intervention through regular intensive training can improve the self-management and control capability of the burn patients,effectively improving the anti-burn scar effects of the later treatment.
