目的：对某部2004—2013年呼吸道传染病发病情况进行分析,为该部呼吸道传染病的防控提供参考。方法根据“中国人民解放军突发公共卫生事件和传染病疫情报告信息系统”,对某部2004—2013年报告的传染病进行统计分析。结果呼吸道传染病在2006—2013年均占各类传染病的首位,发病数较多的是肺结核、水痘、流行性腮腺炎、麻疹,此外还有2009年新发甲型 H1N1流感,2011年和2012年的腺病毒55型感染。结论针对某部高发及新出现呼吸道传染病,及时做好预防控制工作。
목적：대모부2004—2013년호흡도전염병발병정황진행분석,위해부호흡도전염병적방공제공삼고。방법근거“중국인민해방군돌발공공위생사건화전염병역정보고신식계통”,대모부2004—2013년보고적전염병진행통계분석。결과호흡도전염병재2006—2013년균점각류전염병적수위,발병수교다적시폐결핵、수두、류행성시선염、마진,차외환유2009년신발갑형 H1N1류감,2011년화2012년적선병독55형감염。결론침대모부고발급신출현호흡도전염병,급시주호예방공제공작。
Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of respiratory infectious diseases in one military unit from 2004 to 2013 and to provide the reference for the prevention and control of the diseases. Methods The statistical analysis for the respiratory infectious diseases in the military unit from 2004 to 2013 was performed according to Reporting Informa-tion System for the Public Health Emergencies and Epidemic Situation of infectious diseases of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. Results The prevalence rate of respiratory infectious diseases in all kinds of infectious diseases was among the high-est. The major respiratory infectious diseases were pulmonary tuberculosis, varicella, epidemic parotitis, measles and ade-novirus infections, besides H1N1 influenza A in 2009 and adenovirus type 55 infections in 2011 and 2012. Conclusion The prevention and control of the new respiratory infectious diseases in some military units should be strengthened in time.
