目的：观察海参冻干粉与妇复春胶囊治疗更年期综合征肾阳虚证的临床疗效。方法收集2010年7月1日—2012 年 3 月1日的更年期综合征肾阳虚证60例分为对照组和治疗组两组，每组30例。治疗组应用海参冻干粉胶囊，对照组应用妇复春胶囊治疗。观察两组治疗前、后临床疗效、Kupperman 症状评分和不良反应。结果两组间总有效率比较没有显著性差异(P >0.05)。2组治疗后 Kupperman 症状评分均比治疗前显著降低(P <0.05)；治疗后两组没有显著性差异(P >0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率较高，差异有显著统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论海参冻干粉对更年期综合征肾阳虚证患者具有较好的治疗作用，且不良反应比妇复春胶囊小。
목적：관찰해삼동간분여부복춘효낭치료경년기종합정신양허증적림상료효。방법수집2010년7월1일—2012 년 3 월1일적경년기종합정신양허증60례분위대조조화치료조량조，매조30례。치료조응용해삼동간분효낭，대조조응용부복춘효낭치료。관찰량조치료전、후림상료효、Kupperman 증상평분화불량반응。결과량조간총유효솔비교몰유현저성차이(P >0.05)。2조치료후 Kupperman 증상평분균비치료전현저강저(P <0.05)；치료후량조몰유현저성차이(P >0.05)。대조조불량반응발생솔교고，차이유현저통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론해삼동간분대경년기종합정신양허증환자구유교호적치료작용，차불량반응비부복춘효낭소。
Objective To observe the effects of Freeze-dried Sea Cucumber powder and Women Fuchun Capsules in treatment of patients with syndrome of deficiency of kidney-YANG induced by climacteric syndrome. Methods A total of 60 patients with syndrome of deficiency of kidney-YANG induced by climacteric syndrome during July 1, 2010 and March 1, 2012 were randomly divided into a control group (n =30) and a treatment group (n =30). The treatment group received Freeze-dried Sea Cucumber powder, and the control group was treated with Women Fuchun Capsules. The clinical effects, the Kupperman scores and adverse reactions before and after treatment in the two groups were observed. Results The difference in total effective rate between the two groups was not statistically significant (P >0. 05). The Kuppcrman scores of the two groups were significantly decreases, compared with those before therapy (P <0. 05); but the score after therapy showed no significant difference in the two groups (P >0. 05). The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the control group was significantly higher in control group, compared with that in the treatment group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Freeze-dried Sea Cucumber powder in treatment of patients with syndrome of deficiency of kidney-YANG induced by climacteric syndrome has better therapeutic effect and less adverse reactions, compared with those by the Women Fuchun capsules.
