目的:探讨高压氧治疗对颅内动脉瘤破裂蛛网膜下腔出血(aSAH)手术后患者脑功能恢复的影响。方法回顾性分析2009年8月—2012年8月92例 aSAH 的临床资料,以术后是否进行高压氧治疗分为治疗组51例和对照组41例,比较两组性别、年龄、脑血管痉挛程度、Fisher 分级以及出院时的格拉斯哥预后分级(GOS)。结果两组在性别、年龄、脑血管痉挛程度及 Fisher 分级、术后 GOS 方面无明显差异(P >0.05),治疗后治疗组 GOS 明显优于对照组(Z =2.020,P =0.043)。结论高压氧治疗能促进 aSAH 手术后患者脑功能恢复。

목적:탐토고압양치료대로내동맥류파렬주망막하강출혈(aSAH)수술후환자뇌공능회복적영향。방법회고성분석2009년8월—2012년8월92례 aSAH 적림상자료,이술후시부진행고압양치료분위치료조51례화대조조41례,비교량조성별、년령、뇌혈관경련정도、Fisher 분급이급출원시적격랍사가예후분급(GOS)。결과량조재성별、년령、뇌혈관경련정도급 Fisher 분급、술후 GOS 방면무명현차이(P >0.05),치료후치료조 GOS 명현우우대조조(Z =2.020,P =0.043)。결론고압양치료능촉진 aSAH 수술후환자뇌공능회복。
Objective To explore the influence of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on cerebral functional rehabilitation of postoperative patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH). Methods Clinical data of 92 postoperative patients with aSAH during August 2009 and August 2012 was retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into treatment group (n = 51) and control group (n = 41) depending on whether they had hyperbaric oxygen therapy or not. The values of gender, age, cerebral vasospasm degree, Fisher classification and prognosis score of Clasgow outcome score (GOS) at the discharge from hospital in the two groups were detected and compared. Results There were no significant differences in values of gender, age, cerebral vasospasm degree, Fisher classification and GOS in the two groups (P >0. 05); the GOS value in treatment group after the therapy was significantly higher than that in control group (Z = 2. 020, P = 0. 043). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve cerebral functional rehabilitation of postoperative pa-tients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.
