目的:探讨单壁纳米碳管是否有助于改善卵巢癌细胞对化疗药物紫杉醇的敏感性。方法将紫杉醇加入 OVCAR3细胞中设为紫杉醇组,OVCAR3细胞培养在含单壁纳米碳管悬液的培养基中作为纳米碳管组,将紫杉醇加入含有单壁纳米碳管的 OVCAR3细胞溶液中作为双药组。通过 MTT 实验、细胞计数实验、流式细胞仪观察3组细胞生长和凋亡情况。结果紫杉醇组、纳米碳管组的细胞存活率和细胞计数均显著高于双药组(P <0.05),纳米碳管组与紫杉醇组间差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);纳米碳管组、双药组细胞凋亡率均显著高于紫杉醇组(P <0.05,P <0.01),双药组显著高于纳米碳管组(P <0.05)。结论单壁纳米碳管有助于改善卵巢癌细胞对化疗药物紫杉醇的敏感性。

목적:탐토단벽납미탄관시부유조우개선란소암세포대화료약물자삼순적민감성。방법장자삼순가입 OVCAR3세포중설위자삼순조,OVCAR3세포배양재함단벽납미탄관현액적배양기중작위납미탄관조,장자삼순가입함유단벽납미탄관적 OVCAR3세포용액중작위쌍약조。통과 MTT 실험、세포계수실험、류식세포의관찰3조세포생장화조망정황。결과자삼순조、납미탄관조적세포존활솔화세포계수균현저고우쌍약조(P <0.05),납미탄관조여자삼순조간차이무통계학의의(P >0.05);납미탄관조、쌍약조세포조망솔균현저고우자삼순조(P <0.05,P <0.01),쌍약조현저고우납미탄관조(P <0.05)。결론단벽납미탄관유조우개선란소암세포대화료약물자삼순적민감성。
Objective To investigate whether the single-walled carbon nanotubes can help to improve sensitivity of ovarian cancer cells to chemotherapeutic drug (Paclitaxel) or not. Methods Paclitaxel was added into OVCAR3 cell as the Paclitaxel group (group A); OVCAR3 cell was cultured in single-walled carbon nanotubes as the carbon nanotubes group (group B); Paclitaxel was added into solution of OVCAR3 cell in single-walled carbon nanotubes as the double medicine group (group C). Cell growth and apoptosis capacity in the three groups were observed by MTT test, cell count experiments and FCM (flow cytometry). Results The values of cell viability rate and cell count in group A and B were significantly higher than those in group C (P < 0. 05), but there were no significant differences between group A and B (P > 0. 05); apoptosis rates in group B and C were significantly higher than that in group A (P < 0. 05, P < 0. 01), and the rate in group C was significantly higher than that in group B (P < 0. 05). Conclusion The single-walled carbon nanotubes may help to improve sensitivity of ovarian cancer cells to chemotherapeutic drug (Paclitaxel).
