外贸出口是拉动国民经济增长的“三驾马车”之一，外贸企业知识产权工作水平对于提升外贸企业国际竞争力具有重要作用。知识产权创造与管理是企业知识产权工作的核心内容，然而重庆外贸企业在知识产权创造与管理中存在知识产权总量不足、质量不高、管理激励机制不足等问题，需要大力加强知识产权人才培养、推动知识产权创造机制和知识产权管理激励制度的创新与完善。

Foreign trade export is one of the most important driving forces of the growth of national e-conomy which also depends on the level of the enterprises’intellectual property work.The creation and management about intellectual property right are the core content of the intellectual property work. There still exist many problems,like the shortage of the number and inferior quality about intellectual property,the absence of management motivation mechanism etc.To resolve the problems above,we need to educate more intellectual property talents and improve the intellectual property-creating and management motivation mechanism.
