目的：观察癫痫患者脑脊液和血清中miRNA-184含量的变化情况及其临床意义。方法分别收集35例癫痫患者（实验组）和35例非神经系统疾病的神经症患者（对照组）的脑脊液和外周血，采用RT-PCR的方法检测脑脊液和外周血血清中miRNA-184的表达，并对实验组和对照组的检测结果进行比较分析。结果癫痫患者脑脊液中miRNA-184的表达较对照组显著升高，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．01）；而相对于对照组而言，癫痫患者外周血血清中miRNA-184的表达显著降低，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．01）；不同病程癫痫患者脑脊液和外周血血清中miRNA-184的含量有显著差异，病程时间越长，其脑脊液中miRNA-184的含量越高，而外周血血清中miRNA-184的含量则越低。结论癫痫患者脑脊液和外周血血清中miRNA-184含量变化成相反趋势，有望成为癫痫诊断及评估的分子标记物。
목적：관찰전간환자뇌척액화혈청중miRNA-184함량적변화정황급기림상의의。방법분별수집35례전간환자（실험조）화35례비신경계통질병적신경증환자（대조조）적뇌척액화외주혈，채용RT-PCR적방법검측뇌척액화외주혈혈청중miRNA-184적표체，병대실험조화대조조적검측결과진행비교분석。결과전간환자뇌척액중miRNA-184적표체교대조조현저승고，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．01）；이상대우대조조이언，전간환자외주혈혈청중miRNA-184적표체현저강저，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．01）；불동병정전간환자뇌척액화외주혈혈청중miRNA-184적함량유현저차이，병정시간월장，기뇌척액중miRNA-184적함량월고，이외주혈혈청중miRNA-184적함량칙월저。결론전간환자뇌척액화외주혈혈청중miRNA-184함량변화성상반추세，유망성위전간진단급평고적분자표기물。
Objective To observe the change of miRNA-184 in cerebrospinal fluid and serum of patients with epilepsy and its clinical significance .Methods Cerebrospinal fluid and peripheral blood was collected from epilepsy patients (experimental group) and neurosis patients with non nervous sys-tem disease (control group) ,each 35 cases .The expression of miRNA-184 in cerebrospinal fluid and blood serum were detected by RT-PCR .The experimental group and the control group test results were compared and analyzed .Results The expression of miRNA-184 in cerebrospinal fluid of epileptic patients was significantly higher than that of control group ,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0 .01) .Whereas ,the expression of miRNA-184 in serum of epileptic patients was sig-nificantly lower than that of control group , and there were statistically significant differences ( P<0 .01) .Furthermore ,the expression of miRNA-184 in cerebrospinal fluid and peripheral blood ser-um varied obviously with the course of the disease ,when the duration was longer ,the content of miR-NA-184 in the cerebrospinal fluid was more higher ,whereas ,the content of miRNA-184 in peripheral blood serum is more lower .Conclusion Changes of miRNA-184 level in cerebrospinal fluid and periph-eral blood serum of epilepsy patients into the opposite trend ,maybe used as a molecular marker for di-agnosis and evaluation of epilepsy .
