遵循评价主体多元化、可行性、系统性与典型性原则,从利益相关者视角提出高职院校顶岗实习教学质量评价的主体应包括学生、学校方指导老师、学校指派的督查人员、企业方指导老师、企业顶岗实习负责人,并通过与选定的调研对象进行深度访谈,掌握不同评价主体在进行顶岗实习教学质量评价时考虑的主要因素基础上制作调查问卷,进而以大范围的问卷调研,并辅之以德尔菲法,构建高职院校顶岗实习教学质量多元化评价指标体系。

Following principle of the pluralism, feasibility, system and typicality, the present paper proposes that the interested parties to the assessment of internship should include the evaluated students, instructors of college, supervisors assigned by college, tutors of enterprises and the directors in charge of the internship. The pluralistic evaluation index system of internship quality at higher vocational college is constructed by using the Delphy method, through in-depth interviews with the research objects, and the questionnaire on the basis of the concerns of all subjects in the internship.
