在机织生产过程中，氨纶品种因为纱线强力低、弹力高、纬纱屈曲等问题，当喷气织机出现纬停后调整困难，进而容易造成纬向横档降等。文章介绍了津田驹9100喷气织机利用WBS制动功能来解决停纬销或拨纱器处长纬纬停的调整方法。通过自身调整经验，实现降低弹力纱纬停50%的目标。

During weaving fabric containing polyurethane fiber, due to low tension, high elasticity and crimp of the yarn, it difficult to resume production after weft stoppage, consequently causing filling-wise defects. The article proposed a method for solving the problem of weft stoppage due to long weft at weft protector or thread-carrier by using WBS braking function. Practical experience shows that this method allows weft stoppage of elastic yarn to be reduced by 50%.
