目的：调查和分析我院癌痛病房镇痛药的使用情况，为临床合理使用镇痛药提供合理建议及依据。方法：对我院2013年1～6月镇痛药的应用数据进行统计、分析。结果：我院镇痛药的配备符合广东省癌痛规范化治疗示范病房评审标准的要求，上半年癌痛病房镇痛药的使用合理。DDDs居前三位的依次是：盐酸羟考酮控释片（奥施康定）、芬太尼透皮贴剂（芬太克）、硫酸吗啡缓释片（美施康定）。结论：我院癌痛病房镇痛药的使用基本规范，遵循口服给药、按阶梯给药、个体化给药的原则。
목적：조사화분석아원암통병방진통약적사용정황，위림상합리사용진통약제공합리건의급의거。방법：대아원2013년1～6월진통약적응용수거진행통계、분석。결과：아원진통약적배비부합광동성암통규범화치료시범병방평심표준적요구，상반년암통병방진통약적사용합리。DDDs거전삼위적의차시：염산간고동공석편（오시강정）、분태니투피첩제（분태극）、류산마배완석편（미시강정）。결론：아원암통병방진통약적사용기본규범，준순구복급약、안계제급약、개체화급약적원칙。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the application of analgesics in our hospital in order to provide references for rational use of analgesics in clinical practice. Methods:The application data of analgesics in our hospital during Jan. to Jun in 2013. Results:The outfit of analgesics in our hospital complies with the requirements of Good Pain Management Ward in Guangdong Province. Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled-release Tablets (Oxycontin) took up the first place in the list of ODDDs ,followed by Fentanyl Transdermal System(Fentaike), Morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets(Msconting).Conclusion:The application of analgesics for pain relief was basicallu rational in cancer ward of our hospital,which is in line with the principles of cancer pain relief “by the mouth,by the clock,by the ladder and for the individual”.
