目的：提高门诊诊室及医技科室的抢救车药品管理质量，保证药品使用安全有效。方法：对门诊诊室及医技科室抢救车药品管理中存在的问题进行调查分析，完善并落实管理制度和措施，加强监督和检查。结果：经过持续改进，使门诊诊室及医技科室的抢救车药品存放合理、标识清晰、无到期药品、无药品混放、积压浪费现象，药品管理较为规范。结论：抢救车药品建立品种及基数清单，定期对药品效期进行自查并建立规范的效期检查记录，同时加强药师的检查工作，确保用药安全。

Objective:To improve management quality of rescue carriage drugs in out-patient consulting rooms and medical technology departments, guarantee safety and effect in drug use. Methods:To investigate and analyze the management issue of rescue carriage drugs, improve and implement the relevant management measures, strengthen the supervision and inspection. Results: Through continuous improvement, make rescue carriage drugs store reasonably and label clearly, do not expire、 store together、overstock and waste, and manage standardly. Conclusion:To generate the list of variety and base number about rescue carriage drugs, self-examine regularly and establish normative inspection record of validity, at the same time, strengthen the pharmacists′inspection, to ensure drug safety.
