目的：寻找与奥硝唑注射液存在配伍禁忌的药物。方法：收集2000～2013年国内公开发表的关于奥硝唑注射液配伍禁忌及稳定性的文章，进行分析总结。结果：共有34种药物与注射剂与奥硝唑注射液存在配伍禁忌，常见变色、结晶、出现絮状物或沉淀。配伍后溶液pH值的变化是出现各种反应的主要原因。结论：奥硝唑注射液pH值范围为3.0～3.5时性质稳定，超过4.0时出现不稳定现象，与多种药物存在配伍禁忌，应避免与其他药物配伍使用。
목적：심조여오초서주사액존재배오금기적약물。방법：수집2000～2013년국내공개발표적관우오초서주사액배오금기급은정성적문장，진행분석총결。결과：공유34충약물여주사제여오초서주사액존재배오금기，상견변색、결정、출현서상물혹침정。배오후용액pH치적변화시출현각충반응적주요원인。결론：오초서주사액pH치범위위3.0～3.5시성질은정，초과4.0시출현불은정현상，여다충약물존재배오금기，응피면여기타약물배오사용。
Objective:To summarize the incompatibility of Ornidazole for injection. Methods Domestic literatures form 2000 to 2013 about incompatibility between Ornidazole for injection and other drugs were summarized and analyzed.Results Ornidazole for injection was incompatible with 34 drugs. Discoloration,crystallization,floc, precipitation was appeared, when adding other drugs into Ornidazole for injection. The alteration of pH value could be the reason of incompatibility. Conclusion Ornidazole for injection was stable in pH 3.0~3.5 and unstable above pH 4.0. It was incompatible with many drugs and should avioding compatibility.
