目的：观察复方消化酶胶囊联合聚乙二醇治疗肠粘连的临床疗效。方法：100例肠粘连的患者随机分为两组，每组50例，两组均服聚乙二醇1包每日二次；试验组三餐饭后加服复方消化酶胶囊2粒。4周后观察疗效。结果：试验组对腹痛、腹胀、排便不畅、嗳气症状改善有效率较对照组有显著差异（P＜0.05）。两组患者均未发现严重不良反应。结论：复方消化酶胶囊联合聚乙二醇治疗肠粘连的临床疗效明显优于单用聚乙二醇。
목적：관찰복방소화매효낭연합취을이순치료장점련적림상료효。방법：100례장점련적환자수궤분위량조，매조50례，량조균복취을이순1포매일이차；시험조삼찬반후가복복방소화매효낭2립。4주후관찰료효。결과：시험조대복통、복창、배편불창、애기증상개선유효솔교대조조유현저차이（P＜0.05）。량조환자균미발현엄중불량반응。결론：복방소화매효낭연합취을이순치료장점련적림상료효명현우우단용취을이순。
Objective:Effect of compound digestive enzyme combined Polyethylene glycol treatment the clinical curative effect of intestinal adhesion. Method.:100 cases of intestinal adhesion were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group, the two groups were clothes peg 1 pack two times a day after meals; the test group added compound digestive enzyme capsules 2. 4 weeks after curative effect. Result: The test group for abdominal pain, abdominal distention, defecation poor, belching symptoms improve the effective rate than the control group had significant difference (P<0.05). Two groups of patients had no serious adverse reactions were found. Conclusion: compound digestive enzyme capsule combined with polyethylene glycol treatment of intestinal adhesion clinical curative elffect is obviously superior to the single with polyethylene glycol.
