目的：比较北柴胡与竹叶柴胡的粉末显微特征。方法：使用常规的粉末显微鉴别方法。结果：北柴胡和竹叶柴胡都含有大量导管，但北柴胡粉末中网纹导管较多，而竹叶柴胡中梯纹导管较多。结论：以上显微特征可作为北柴胡与竹叶柴胡的粉末显微鉴别依据。
목적：비교북시호여죽협시호적분말현미특정。방법：사용상규적분말현미감별방법。결과：북시호화죽협시호도함유대량도관，단북시호분말중망문도관교다，이죽협시호중제문도관교다。결론：이상현미특정가작위북시호여죽협시호적분말현미감별의거。
Objective:To compare the microscopic characteristics between Bupleurum chinense DC. and Bupleurum marginature Wall. ex DC. . Methods:The conventional method is to take a microscopic identification of powder. Results:There are a lot of vessel in these both of Bupleurum,but in Bupleurum chinense DC. there are more reticulate vessel and opposite to Bupleurum marginature Wall. ex DC. . Conclusion:The above microscopic characteristics can be regarded as the identification basis between Bupleurum chinense DC. and Bupleurum marginature Wall. ex DC.
