目的:采用HPLC法测定双氯芬酸二乙胺凝胶剂的含量。方法:以甲醇∶4%冰醋酸(70∶30)为流动相,CNW C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),检测波长为276nm。结果:双氯芬酸钠的测定在51.600~1290.0μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,双氯芬酸钠的平均回收率为101.2%,RSD=1.2%(n=9)。结论:方法简单、灵敏度高,可用于双氯芬酸二乙胺凝胶剂的含量测定。

목적:채용HPLC법측정쌍록분산이을알응효제적함량。방법:이갑순∶4%빙작산(70∶30)위류동상,CNW C18색보주(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),검측파장위276nm。결과:쌍록분산납적측정재51.600~1290.0μg/ml범위내선성관계량호,쌍록분산납적평균회수솔위101.2%,RSD=1.2%(n=9)。결론:방법간단、령민도고,가용우쌍록분산이을알응효제적함량측정。
Objective:The purpose is to develop method for the content determination of Diclofenac Diethylamine Gel. Methods:Separation was performed on a CNW column (150mm×4.6mm,5μm). The mobile phase consists of methanol:4% acetic acid solution (70∶30,v/v). The UV detection was set at 276nm. Results: Diclofenac diethylamine had a good linear relation in the range of 51.600~1290.0μg/ml, the average recovery of Diclofenac diethylamine was 101.1%and the RSD was 1.2%. Conclusion:The method was simple, sensitive and rapid and it could be used for the determination the content in Diclofenac Diethylamine Gel.
