目的：探讨患者同一时间点动静脉血浆K、Na、Cl、Lac浓度差异。方法使用罗氏cobas b221分别测定动静脉全血的K、Na、Cl、Lac浓度，根据本实验室静脉血K、Na、Cl、Lac参考值范围将标本分为高、中、低三组，并将结果进行比较。结果在同一时间点，使用相同抗凝剂的情况下，动脉静脉血K浓度具有统计学差异（P＜0．05），Na、CL、Lac水平差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论动脉血和静脉血样本中K的浓度不同，建议建立动脉血钾的参考值。
목적：탐토환자동일시간점동정맥혈장K、Na、Cl、Lac농도차이。방법사용라씨cobas b221분별측정동정맥전혈적K、Na、Cl、Lac농도，근거본실험실정맥혈K、Na、Cl、Lac삼고치범위장표본분위고、중、저삼조，병장결과진행비교。결과재동일시간점，사용상동항응제적정황하，동맥정맥혈K농도구유통계학차이（P＜0．05），Na、CL、Lac수평차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론동맥혈화정맥혈양본중K적농도불동，건의건립동맥혈갑적삼고치。
Objective To investigiate the differences in K ,Na,Cl,Lac concentration in patients ’ arterial and venous blood .Methods Arteriovenous blood K,Na,Cl,Lac concentrations were measured using Roche cobas b 221,and the results were compared.Results At the same time and with the same anticoagulant ,K concentration was statistically significant between venous blood and arterial blood ( P<0.05) while the level of Na,Cl,Lac had no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusions Because K concentrations are different between arterial blood and venous blood ,we recommend establishing the potassium reference value of arterial blood .
