目的:观察党参多糖对实验动物胃肠道功能的影响,以期阐述党参“健脾益胃”的机制。方法 SD雄性大鼠随机分为空白组、阳性对照组(四君子汤浓缩液,7.5 mL· kg -1)和低剂量(50 mg· kg-1)、中剂量(100 mg· kg -1)、高剂量(200 mg· kg-1)党参多糖给药组。每日灌胃给药1次,连续30 d。观察大鼠体重、体重增重、摄食量和食物利用率,测定大鼠的胃蛋白酶活性和排出量;KM雄性小鼠随机分为空白组、阳性对照组(四君子汤浓缩液,15 mL· kg-1)和低剂量(100 mg· kg-1)、中剂量(200 mg· kg-1)、高剂量(400 mg· kg -1)党参多糖给药组、模型对照组。每日灌胃给药1次,连续20 d,进行小鼠小肠运动试验,测定小鼠的炭末推进率。结果党参多糖(200、400 mg· kg -1)对复方地芬诺酯引起的便秘有明显改善作用,党参多糖降低大鼠胃液分泌量,高剂量党参多糖(200 mg· kg-1)明显促进胃蛋白酶排出量,高、中、低剂量均能明显增进大鼠进食量及体重。大鼠胃肠道病理切片观察证明党参多糖具有增加胃黏膜、胃壁厚度,促进十二指肠、空肠微肠毛生长的作用。结论党参多糖具有促进实验小鼠小肠推动,促进实验大鼠生长及提高消化能力的作用。

목적:관찰당삼다당대실험동물위장도공능적영향,이기천술당삼“건비익위”적궤제。방법 SD웅성대서수궤분위공백조、양성대조조(사군자탕농축액,7.5 mL· kg -1)화저제량(50 mg· kg-1)、중제량(100 mg· kg -1)、고제량(200 mg· kg-1)당삼다당급약조。매일관위급약1차,련속30 d。관찰대서체중、체중증중、섭식량화식물이용솔,측정대서적위단백매활성화배출량;KM웅성소서수궤분위공백조、양성대조조(사군자탕농축액,15 mL· kg-1)화저제량(100 mg· kg-1)、중제량(200 mg· kg-1)、고제량(400 mg· kg -1)당삼다당급약조、모형대조조。매일관위급약1차,련속20 d,진행소서소장운동시험,측정소서적탄말추진솔。결과당삼다당(200、400 mg· kg -1)대복방지분낙지인기적편비유명현개선작용,당삼다당강저대서위액분비량,고제량당삼다당(200 mg· kg-1)명현촉진위단백매배출량,고、중、저제량균능명현증진대서진식량급체중。대서위장도병리절편관찰증명당삼다당구유증가위점막、위벽후도,촉진십이지장、공장미장모생장적작용。결론당삼다당구유촉진실험소서소장추동,촉진실험대서생장급제고소화능력적작용。
Objective To research the effect of codonopsis polysaccharide on gastrointestinal tract of experimental rats and mice ,and to elaborate its effect of invigorating the spleen and reinforcing stomach .Methods SD rats were randomized into control group ,positive control group (7.5 mL· kg-1 of Sijunzitang) and high dose group (200 mg· kg-1 of codonopsis polysaccharide ),middle dose group (100 mg· kg-1 of codonopsis polysaccharide ) and low dose group (50 mg· kg-1 of codonopsis polysaccharide ) which were adminis-tered once a day for 30 consecutive days,and the rats body weight ,body weight gain,food intake and food utilization ratio were meas-ured.KM male mice were randomized into a control group ,positive control group (15 mL· kg-1 of Sijunzitang),high dose group (400 mg· kg-1 of codonopsis polysaccharide ),middle dose group(200 mg· kg-1 of codonopsis polysaccharide ) and low dose group(100 mg · kg -1 of codonopsis polysaccharide ) which were administered once a day for 20 consecutive days ,and the intestinal motility rate of charcoal propelling was measured .Meanwhile ,pathology observation of rat gastrointestinal tissue was made .Results Codonopsis poly-saccharide (200,400 mg· kg-1 ) could improve the level of the ester -induced intestinal propulsive decrease .Codonopsis polysaccha-ride (100 mg· kg-1 ) could enhance gastric juice volume ,codonopsis polysaccharide (200 mg· kg-1 ) could promote stomach enzyme secretion,which could significantly enhance the animals appetite and food intake ,and increase animal weight .Meanwhile,codonopsis polysaccharide could improve the gastrointestinal physiological role ,increase the gastric mucosa ,gastric wall thickness ,and promote the duodenum ,jejunum villus growth .Conclusions Codonopsis polysaccharide can improve intestinal promotion of mice ,and promote rat ’ s growth and its digestion power .
