采用RS485串口,设计了转换电路,实现了采集数据由模拟信号转换为标准Modbus RTU格式的数字信号;采用ZigBee无线网络实现了数据的上传;对ZigBee无线网络的通信距离进行了理论估算和生产基地测试,估算值为1691.99 m。晴天的通信距离是1680 m,误差为7.09%;由于ZigBee无线网络受雨天的影响,通信距离是1520 m,误差为10.16%。

A circuit was designed to convent analog signal to Modbus RTU format digital signals with with RS485 serial port. Wireless network used ZigBee to transmit data. The communication distance of the ZigBee wireless network was studied theoretically and tested in production base. The estimated distance was 1 691.99 m. The tested distance was 1 680 m with 7.09% error in sunny day.Because of the influence of rain,the tested communication distance was 1 520 m with 10.16% error.
