目的：通过分析住院治疗20年精神分裂症患者现状，了解长期维持治疗的意义。方法：调查住院时间超过20年的精神分裂症患者104例临床资料进行分析。结果：精神分裂症患者住院治疗20年，痊愈率达51.92%，无效率仅为1.92%，残留症状以阴性症状为主，复发的主要原因是服药依从性差。结论：长期维持治疗能防止病情恶化，降低复发率。

목적：통과분석주원치료20년정신분렬증환자현상，료해장기유지치료적의의。방법：조사주원시간초과20년적정신분렬증환자104례림상자료진행분석。결과：정신분렬증환자주원치료20년，전유솔체51.92%，무효솔부위1.92%，잔류증상이음성증상위주，복발적주요원인시복약의종성차。결론：장기유지치료능방지병정악화，강저복발솔。
Objective:To introduce the meaning of long-term maintenance treatment by analyzing the status of schizophrenia patients with 20 years' treatment in a hospital. Methods:The clinical data of 104 schizophrenia patients with more than 20 years' treat-ment in our hospital were investigated and analyzed. Results: For the schizophrenia patients with more than 20 years' treatment in the hospital, the cure rate was 51. 92% and inefficiency was 1. 92% . Residual symptoms were mainly negative symptoms. The main rea-son for recurrence was poor medication compliance. Conclusions: The long-term maintenance treatment can prevent disease progres-sion, and reduce the recurrence rate.
