为了提高农业生产灌溉自动化程度和节约水资源，结合干旱半干旱地区土壤的特点，设计了基于PLC和GPRS的农田墒情监测和抗旱系统。系统由上位机WinCC组态软件通过GPRS无线网络和PLC通信，对土壤墒情和灌溉水泵进行远端监控，组成了区域农田墒情的监测和抗旱SCADA系统。系统结构简单，通信速度快、运行稳定，具有一定实用性和推广价值。
為瞭提高農業生產灌溉自動化程度和節約水資源，結閤榦旱半榦旱地區土壤的特點，設計瞭基于PLC和GPRS的農田墑情鑑測和抗旱繫統。繫統由上位機WinCC組態軟件通過GPRS無線網絡和PLC通信，對土壤墑情和灌溉水泵進行遠耑鑑控，組成瞭區域農田墑情的鑑測和抗旱SCADA繫統。繫統結構簡單，通信速度快、運行穩定，具有一定實用性和推廣價值。

In order to improve the automation of agricultural irrigation and save water resources, combining with the charac-teristics of soil in arid and semi-arid areas, this paper designed a soil moisture monitoring and farmland drought system based on PLC and GPRS technology. The system can achieve remote monitoring of the soil moisture and irrigation pumps by WinCC configuration software with the help of GPRS wireless network and PLC communication, and can form a farmland soil moisture monitoring and drought-resistant SCADA system in an area. The system has a simple structure, fast communication, runs stably, has certain practicability and commercial worth.
