选择双线性内聚力模型作为苎麻[Boehmeria nivea (L.) Gaudich.]茎秆界面分离力学模型,按内聚力模型理论对苎麻茎秆韧皮纤维和木质部在万能试验机进行分离拉伸试验,得到了苎麻茎秆韧皮纤维与木质部的分离应力与位移关系曲线,并进行了曲线拟合分析;应用ABAQUS软件对双线性内聚力模型进行茎秆界面分离模拟,模拟了韧皮纤维与木质部分离过程及应力在界面上的分布;通过将模拟值与试验值进行对比,根据试验参数来调整双线性内聚力模型的参数,能够较好模拟苎麻茎秆界面微观力学,从而反映出苎麻茎秆在开裂过程的界面应力位移关系。

Selecting bilinear cohesive model as mechanical model of the separation of ramie stem interface;Making a test of separating and stretching between bast fiber of ramie stem and xylon by universal testing machine based on the theory of co-hesive model,obtaining a curve showing the relationship between tensile force and displacement of the separation between bast fiber of ramie stem and xylon,and doing a curve fitting analysis;Applying ABAQUS to do a simulation of separation of stem interface based on bilinear cohesive model simulated the process of the separation between bast fiber and xylon,and stress distribution of the interface;Through the comparison between the numerical simulation value and experiment value,adjusting the parameters of the bilinear cohesive model by the test parameters, ramie stem interface micromechanics can be very well simulated, and the relationship between tensile force and displacement be reflected in the process of separation between bast fiber of ramie stem and xylon.
