以云南勐海县为研究对象,以ArcGIS软件为平台,以DEM分析、栅格计算和空间插值等空间分析技术为核心,结合德尔菲法、层次分析法、模糊隶属度函数和耕地生产性能综合指数(IFI)等方法,确立该县耕地地力的主要影响因子及其权重,建立综合评价体系及其空间计算模型,并对综合评价结果做出分析。研究结果表明,勐海县51575.73 hm2的耕地分为6个等级,一至六级耕地分别占总耕地的14.12%、27.40%、20.17%、17.23%、12.70%、8.38%。勐海县三级以上高质量耕地占60%以上,耕地地力总体情况良好,大力提升三级及其以下耕地的耕作能力是改善本地区耕地质量的主要途径。

To evaluate the farmland fertility of Menghai County in Yunnan province, the ArcGIS software was used to made DEM analysis,raster calculation and spatial interpolation of spatial analysis technology. Menghai County was selected as the study area to establish major factors of influence and their weights for the farmland land productivity. To built a comprehensive evaluation system and spatial computing model with Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process (AHP),fuzzy membership function,farmland integrated fertility index (IFI) and other methods were used. Spatial distribution,area statistics and farmland nutrient analysis for the evaluating results were analyzed. The results showed that 51 575.73 hectares of cultivated land in Menghai County was divided into 6 grades.The percentages of total farmland from Grade 1 to Grade 6 land were 14.12%,27.40%,20.17%,17.23%,12.70% and 8.38%,respectively. GIS method could satisfy the requirements for quantifying and automating farmland fertility evaluation.The cultivated land over Grade 3 occupied more than 60% of total land. The overall situation of cultivated land fertility in Menghai County was good.The government should adjust measures to maintain the existing quality of cultivated land resources,and to enhance the farming ability of cultivated land worse than Grade 3.
