肝细胞癌（hepatocellular carcinoma，HCC）是最常见的肝癌类型，全球发病率有逐年升高的趋势，影像学检查和诊断在其诊断和治疗中显得尤为重要。本文主要介绍HCC的现状及其影像学诊断方法，目前HCC临床指南现状及存在问题，以及由美国放射学会（the American College of Radiology，ACR）发起的肝脏影像报告与数据管理系统（Liver Imaging Reporting and Data System， LI-RADS）的主要内容、进展、局限性及未来展望。
肝細胞癌（hepatocellular carcinoma，HCC）是最常見的肝癌類型，全毬髮病率有逐年升高的趨勢，影像學檢查和診斷在其診斷和治療中顯得尤為重要。本文主要介紹HCC的現狀及其影像學診斷方法，目前HCC臨床指南現狀及存在問題，以及由美國放射學會（the American College of Radiology，ACR）髮起的肝髒影像報告與數據管理繫統（Liver Imaging Reporting and Data System， LI-RADS）的主要內容、進展、跼限性及未來展望。

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common type of liver cancer, and the incidence of HCC is rising each year, so imaging examination and early diagnosis is very important. This article mainly introduced the current situation of HCC, the image diagnosing methods, and the current condition and existing problems of various clinical guidelines for HCC. At last, we introduced the main content, the progress, the limitation and the future goal of the liver imaging reporting and data system (LI-RADS), which was initiated by the American College of Radiology (ACR).
