单纯去细胞化组织材料具有较多缺点,有必要通过交联剂来改善材料的各种性能。新型交联剂京尼平细胞毒性低,能与去细胞化材料生成环状结构,从而大大改善去细胞化生物材料的性能,有利于材料的进一步应用。本文从京尼平的交联特性以及交联产物性能等方面作一综述,为后期的实验提供一定的理论基础。

There are so many disadvantages of pure decellularized tissue material, it is necessary to improve various properties of the material through cross-linking agents. Genipin, a new cross-linking agent, which is low cytotoxicity, and form a ring structure with decellularized material, thus greatly improves the decellularized biological material properties, this is conducive to the further application. This review described about the characteristics of genipin and crosslinked-product, which could provide a theoretical basis for the experiment in the future.
