考虑到太阳能光伏发电具有波动性、间歇性、随机性的固有特征,各国电网运营商均针对光伏发电系统的并网性能提出技术要求。由于光伏发电站电气条件、地理位置及测试装置容量等限制因素,其系统的并网性能往往无法直接测量,难以验证是否满足标准要求。因此,德国能源与水行业协会(BDEW)标准《Generating plants connected to the medium-voltage network》不但要求光伏逆变器通过实验室的型式试验,且需提供与实测结果一致的仿真模型用于系统并网性能的分析与评价。依据BDEW标准,基于DIgSILENT 仿真平台开展光伏并网逆变器建模仿真,分析计算实测与仿真的数据误差,开发模型验证工具,评判光伏并网逆变器模型是否满足标准验证要求,以解决光伏逆变器模型的准确性无法有效衡量的问题,为开展光伏发电站接入电网的分析提供基础。

Given the inherent features of volatility,intermittency and randomness of solar photovoltaic power generation, requirements for interconnection performances of photovoltaic power generation system have been demanded by grid operators around the world.However,there are some restriction associated with the photovoltaic power stations,such as electrical conditions,geographical location and test equipment capacity.The grid performance of a power station often cannot be directly measured,and it is difficult to verify whether the performance can meet the standard requirements.German Association of Energy and Water Industries (BDEW) standard“Generating the plants connected to the medium-voltage network",not only requires that photovoltaic inverter must take laboratory test,but also presents that the inverter must provide simulation model which is consistent with the measured results,in order to analyze and evaluate the interconnection performance.According to the BDEW standard,we use the DIgSILENT simulation platform to carry out the modeling simulation of grid-connected inverters.In order to solve the problem that the accuracy of the photovoltaic inverter model cannot be effectively measured,we analyze the calculation error between measured and simulation data,and develop the model validation tool.This tool can be used to effectively evaluate whether the grid-connected inverter model has met the standard validation requirements.It provides the foundation for the analysis of the photovoltaic power station connected to the grid.
