研究了变电站智能电子设备(IED)动态重构系统和方法,通过引入通用即插即用(UPnP)协议,结合IEC 61850模型和服务,实现IED的即插即用和状态监测,同时提出了通用IED的设计方法。采用Petri网方法在线评估IED的运行状态,及时发现IED异常或故障,并提出了镜像模式和通用模式两种方法,在备用IED上动态重构故障IED主要自动化功能的安全合理流程。构造了通用IED样机和管控主机,测试了即插即用、状态监测、在线评估和动态重构方法。研究结果表明, UPnP协议可以灵活、有效地实现IED的发现、监测、管理和控制,满足即插即用要求,IED状态监测数据可以直观反映运行状况,IED动态重构方法可以为变电站自动化系统检修提供备用方案,提高系统的可用率。

The dynamic reconstruction system and method of intelligent electronic devices (IEDs) for substations are studied. IED can support plug and play and state monitoring by introducing the universal plug and play (UPnP) protocol and taking advantage of IEC 61850.The design method of universal IED is also given.The failure of IED can be detected quickly by evaluating the operational status of IED using the Petri net fault diagnosis method.With the options of mirror mode and general mode,the main automation functions of the fault IED can be dynamically reconfigured in the standby IED in a safe procedure. After building the universal IED prototype and the supervision host,such functions have been tested on plug and play,state supervision,state assessment and dynamic reconfiguration.The results show that the UPnP protocol can effectively achieve IED discovery,monitoring,administration and control while fully meeting the requirements of plug and play.The monitored state variables can intuitively reflect the operational status of IED.The dynamic reconfiguration method has important application value in providing substation automation system with alternative maintenance options and higher availabilities.
