针对驱动芯片不支持调光和适用于不同规格的 LED 灯,设计了一款单级 PFC 大功率 LED 驱动电源,并且对电路进行了改进,使其能够模拟调光。分析了电路恒压恒流的实现原理以及模拟调光电路的设计。整个驱动电源具有良好的恒流特性,高功率因数和高效率。实验结果表明该电源可以实现宽范围平滑连续的模拟调光功能,可以匹配不同规格的 LED 灯,并且其调光电路也具有一定的通用性。

To solve the problem that drive chips does not support dimming and cannot be applied to LEDs of different specifications,the paper designs a single - stage PFC high power LED driver power supply,and improves the circuit to support analog dimming. The realization principle of constant voltage and constant current is analyzed,and the de-sign of analog dimming circuit is given. The whole driver power supply has good constant current characteristic,high power factor and high efficiency. Experimental results show that the power supply can realize smooth and continuous analog dimming in a wide range,and can drive LEDs of different specifications. Furthermore,the analog dimming cir-cuit is universal.
