文中对 IEEE300节点系统进行级联效应仿真,用负载损失和节点损失来衡量网络的损毁程度。生成一个与 IEEE300节点标准网络具有相似特征的网络,并通过与标准网络的比较,用来说明网络拓扑结构在很大程度上决定了电网的鲁棒性。由此,提出了均匀减负荷、定向减负荷及使用分布式电源三种策略来缓和连锁故障。
文中對 IEEE300節點繫統進行級聯效應倣真,用負載損失和節點損失來衡量網絡的損燬程度。生成一箇與 IEEE300節點標準網絡具有相似特徵的網絡,併通過與標準網絡的比較,用來說明網絡拓撲結構在很大程度上決定瞭電網的魯棒性。由此,提齣瞭均勻減負荷、定嚮減負荷及使用分佈式電源三種策略來緩和連鎖故障。

In this paper,cascading effects were simulated on the IEEE300 bus system. Load loss and node loss were discussed as measures to estimate the damage degree to the networks. A network was generated with characteristics similar to the IEEE300 bus system standard networks and the generated network was then compared with the standard networks to show the effect of topology in determining the robustness of a power grid. Thereby,three mitigation strate-gies,Homogeneous Load Reduction,Targeted Load Reduction,and Use of Distributed Generation were suggested.
